About Cutiepie-neoCutiepie-neo is a graphics site which opened about 4 years ago, by Jess. Since then, we have had many changes. Mainly host changes and website address changes, though the most major thing has been getting our own domain. Previously, a very talented person named Breana helped run the site, but she is no longer with us anymore. We offer graphics ranging from icons to banners to full page layouts. All can be used for free, however they do require credit, unless stated otherwise. As Cutiepie-neo is no longer running, many of these graphics are old. If you would like to have something remade/recoded, go ahead and try to send a quick email to Jess. LayoutThis layout was based off another layout from my other layout, Iced. Feather image at the top was from stock.xchng. Programs I used were PSP8 and good ol' Notepad. This layout took about an hour to make & code (And to get out all the nitty-bitty mistakes).

Here are some reasons why Cutiepie-neo had to close: 1. Lack of Inspiration I haven't had the heart to continue with Cutiepie-neo for the simple reason that I'm not interested in Neopets anymore. I know, not all graphics have to be about Neopets, but that was what I had originally intended for the site, and that's how I want it to stay. With that in mind, I don't want to make anymore graphics or guides or whatever else for something I'm completely not interested in. Also as of late I've grown unattached to webdesign and graphics, preferring to spend my time reading or writing. To tell the truth, graphic design is also slowing growing uninteresting to me. At one time, it was something fun and new that I absolutely had to try. But now, after advancing this far in it, I'm afraid I'm just not interested in it enough to keep up with how much Neopets is changing with the code restrictions. 2. Time Ahh, the big one that every closing site has. Time. Since I've entered high school, I'll need time to do the things I want to do, without having to be weighed down by this site. This also goes along with not being interested in Neopets anymore, because I don't want to be pressured by having to update a site on something I'm not interested in anymore. 3. Aaandd that's pretty much it. Pathetic, but true. Perhaps one day, when I decide that I want to try my hand at Neopets again I'll update this long-gone site. But for now, it will just be fore my central domain, and nothing more. See ya! Written by Jess |
